Here is how it is going to work:
- One week before the sessions you will receive a reminder email with times, dates, and zoom call information
- The day of (both Tuesday and Sunday) you will receive a reminder email with zoom call information
- On Tuesday following calls you will receive the link to down load both the Tuesday and Sunday versions of the call

Here are the dates for the first few months. Remember the Tuesday call will be at 7:30pm eastern and the Sunday call will be at 12noon eastern. (Dates subject to change)
- August – 17th and 22nd
- September – 14th and 19th
- October – 19th and 24th
- November – 16th and 21st
- December – 14th and 19th
